Phase one opens with the Orange Belt course in North Carolina. The other ranks and other states follow.
How it works
Learn it. Prove it. Hold it.
Lessons of about ten minutes
Each one teaches a single rule, shows the mistake employers make most often, and lists the statutes behind it.
A real assessment
Finish every lesson, then pass the belt assessment at 80 percent. You get three attempts.
A credential that can be checked
Every credential has a public verification page. It runs for three years and renews with a refresher course.
Programs and training
Everything RELI teaches
The belt ladder is the core. These programs are built on the same reviewed content and the same credential.
Belt courses
The Dojo: one course per rank, each ending in an assessment and a credential. The Orange Belt course for North Carolina employers is first. White and Yellow follow, then Green and Blue.
Employer team training
Buy seats for your managers and HR staff, assign courses, and see completion dates and credentials in one place. Employers see results, never individual answers.
Credential renewal refresher
A RELI credential runs for three years. A short refresher course covering what changed in the law renews it for another term.
Employee awareness training
Short lessons for every employee, not just managers, on what North Carolina and federal law say about pay, breaks, leave and reporting concerns.
Live sessions and cohorts
Scheduled group classes that walk a team through a belt course together, with time for general questions. Education only, never advice on a specific situation.
More states
North Carolina comes first. The same ladder, built on each state's own statutes and checked the same way, follows state by state.

Nothing is published until an attorney signs it.
A named, licensed attorney reviews every course before it goes live, and the review date appears on every lesson. Each source is checked by a person, and the date it was checked is shown next to it.
